Online health risk assessment

Get a snapshot of the health status of your workforce or your customers through use of a population-based online health risk assessment and/or face-to-face health screening.  From these assessment tools, the current health status of a region, workplace or other group can be determined and reported upon via our Population Scorecard which can then be utilised to determine appropriate interventions that will focus on improving the health status of the group.

It's like a survey for health.  Participants login to the secure website and answer questions on areas such as diet, exercise habits and health history.   Having completed the online assessment, they receive their health profile and health age online.  The report identifies health areas that may need attention – a great way to set the scene for health improvement.
