Making changes to your visa medical appointment
We can change your appointment but it is important to give us as at least 48 hours notice.
Call 1300 361 046 to make a change to your visa medical appointment. Please note that you are not be able to make any changes to your appointment using the online visa appointment system.
If your appointment has been made for the wrong type or sub-class of visa medical (eg if your circumstances have changes or you answered some questions incorrectly) we can change your appointment.
Depending on the change required, you may need to pay more, or you may be entitled to a partial refund. If an additional payment is required you must make this payment at our reception counter when you attend for your appointment. Payment will be required before the visa medical can take place.
It is also possible that you may need a new appointment time.
Failure to attend
If you fail to attend your visa medical appointment you must call 1300 361 046 to book a new appointment. An administrative charge may apply.
Cancellation and refund
If you wish to cancel your appointment please call 1300 361 046.
Refunds are available for three (3) months from the date of your visa medical appointment. Refunds are not available for services already provided. To receive a refund, you will need to:
- Visit the Medibank Health Solutions clinic where the visa medical appointment was to take place
- Provide a copy of the receipt that was emailed to the card holder
- Show personal identification of the card holder
- Provide the credit card used to make the visa medical appointment.
