We are a major provider of Job Capacity Assessments. We also provide related specialist physical and psychological assessment.
Put simply, we assess a person's capacity to work as well as any barriers that may prevent them from getting a job
The Job Capacity Assessment program provides a comprehensive work capacity assessment. It combines assessment of work capacity for income support purposes (such as Disability Support Pension, partial capacity to work and exemptions from activity-testing due to medical conditions lasting more than 13 weeks) with referral to employment and related support services.
Specialist assessment
We provide specialist psychological and physical assessment services to assist Job Capacity Assessors to identify and clarify psychological or physical capacity.
Our psychological assessments consider IQ, clinical diagnosis and neuropsychological function. Our physical assessments consider posture, range of movement and ability to complete assessed functional activities in the workplace.
